When you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company name and the content of your message.

Basic technical data (such as IP address or browser type) needed to run and secure the site may be processed automatically.

We use the form data solely to reply to you and prepare a no-obligation proposal — on the basis of your enquiry (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in responding. We never use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up — at most 24 months, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires longer retention.

We never sell your data. We use Web3Forms to deliver form messages and Vercel to host the site. These processors handle the data solely on our behalf and under contract.

The site uses only essential technical cookies needed for it to work. If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we'll ask for your consent first.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You can withdraw any consent at any time.
